Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery  MEP Refurbishment
Grade II Listed Heritage Building

The Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, a Grade II listed building and one of Birmingham's most treasured cultural landmarks, presented one of our most challenging and rewarding projects to date. We were appointed to refurbish the
MEP services within this historic structure, navigating strict heritage constraints whilst delivering a fully coordinated,
modern installation.

Our approach combined detailed point cloud scanning with dedicated on-site staff to accurately capture existing conditions and plan around the building's heritage restrictions. We carefully coordinated all new services with the building's existing routes, ensuring every installation was both fully functional and aesthetically in keeping
with the historic architecture.

The completed project successfully delivered modern, fully coordinated MEP services within one of the UK's most architecturally sensitive environments, demonstrating our capability to handle complex, high-profile heritage
projects with precision and care.

AHDP Highpoint — HMP Highpoint PrisonMEP Coordination
One of the UK's Largest New Prison Schemes

AHDP Highpoint is one of the largest new prison developments in the UK and one of our most demanding and prestigious projects to date. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, all team members were required to obtain Baseline Personnel
Security Standard (BPSS) clearance prior to commencing work, reflecting both the complexity of the environment and our
capability to operate within highly secure and regulated project settings.

We were appointed to deliver MEP coordination for the T60 building, providing high-level coordination across all risers throughout the development. Our scope included the modularisation of services for prefabrication, the creation of detailed module drawings, and the production of single-service site installation drawings, ensuring that manufacturing and installation teams had clear, precise, and fully coordinated
information at every stage.

A key element of our involvement was reviewing the design against life safety requirements, ensuring all services met the necessary standards for a building of this nature and occupancy. We also supported the wider project team by delivering
rapid-turnaround riser drawings at short notice, demonstrating our ability to respond quickly under pressure without
compromising quality or accuracy.

As a large-scale MEP project involving multiple trades, AHDP Highpoint required exceptional coordination, clear communication, and rigorous attention to detail, all of which were central to our delivery throughout the project.

Birmingham Airport (BHX) MEP Coordination
Ongoing Refurbishment & New Build Programme

Birmingham Airport is one of our most significant and long-standing client relationships, encompassing multiple phases of both refurbishment and new build works across one of the UK's busiest regional airports. The complexity, scale, and live operational environment of the site demand the highest levels of coordination, precision, and professionalism at every stage.

Our scope has included full MEP coordination across multiple project phases, supported by detailed point cloud scanning to accurately capture existing conditions within a constantly evolving live environment. By combining precise survey data with our BIM and MEP coordination expertise, we have been able to plan and deliver services with confidence, minimising disruption to airport operations throughout.

A key strength of our involvement has been our on-site presence, allowing us to identify and resolve coordination challenges in real time, respond quickly to design changes, and maintain close communication with the client and wider project team. This hands-on, collaborative approach has been central to the success of each phase delivered to date.

Our performance across these projects has resulted in Birmingham Airport retaining us for a further five years of planned works, a testament to the trust, quality, and reliability we bring to every project we undertake.

St Gabriel's Phase 2B  MEP Coordination School Extension, Spatial Constraints

The St Gabriel's Phase 2B project involved a complex extension to an existing school, where limited ceiling void space presented a significant challenge for MEP service distribution. Working within these tight spatial constraints, we coordinated all MEP services to fit within the available space without compromising functionality or future maintainability.

A key focus throughout the project was minimising future maintenance requirements, ensuring that all services were routed and installed with long-term accessibility in mind. To further support the client, we produced detailed material schedules and take-off tables, enabling accurate procurement and reducing the risk of over or under ordering.

The result was a fully coordinated MEP installation delivered efficiently within challenging spatial constraints, giving the client confidence in both the build quality and the long-term performance of the building's services.

Confidential Project — North of England NDA-Protected | High-Security Environment

Selected for this project following a rigorous clearance and NDA process, we were trusted
to deliver detailed MEP coordination and drawing production within a highly sensitive and confidential environment. Our ability to operate discreetly, securely, and to the highest professional standards was central to our appointment.

Working within strict confidentiality constraints, we produced a comprehensive information
and drawing package that enabled our client's quantity surveying team to optimise resource allocation and procurement with confidence, delivering measurable value beyond
the coordination scope alone.

This project reflects our capability to work within the most demanding and sensitive
project environments, where trust, discretion, and technical excellence are equally important.
